I think that our game would most likely not be considered a Civics game, but it may be considered a STEM game. And finally, you are a brave plumber with the name of Joe, the town has had a mud slide and is now blocking the river that powers the city. You must use your plumbing skills to re route the water pipes to the water wheel and to continue to power the city.
